II. PFGBEST data feed.
PFGBEST has now completed programming a free Futures and FOREX data feed for NeuroShell users. This will mean if you have a trading account with PFGBEST you can not only send trades to them using NeuroShell, but load NeuroShell with real-time data as well at no cost. Current PFGBEST account holders may download the feed using the link below. You will be downloading a file with an msi extension, which can be double clicked to execute and start the installation. This data feed has only been tested with and will only be supported with release 6.2 or better, which will include the release 6.2 Release Candidate now available on www.ward.net. After installation you will have to read the help file to see how to set up the feed in NeuroShell, and how to connect it to the PFG BESTDirect 8 platform. Contact technical support if you have difficulties.
In the future we plan to install the PFGBEST data feed with the NeuroShell installation.

III. Website and activation/deactivation database outage
Our ISP will be down for network infrastructure upgrades in preparation for an upcoming Internet bandwidth upgrade. This will only affect (prevent) activation and deactivation of NeuroShell Trader, i.e. switching the license from one computer to another. It will not affect actual running of NeuroShell or ChaosHunter.
The maintenance window is scheduled for Friday September 16th beginning at 11:00 PM EST and ending at 6:00 AM EST Saturday morning. There will be periods of brief outages as early as 8:00 PM EST on Friday in preparation for the maintenance.
