I. Exciting news in the November Stocks & Commodities magazine

If you’re a reader of Technical Analysis of Stocks and Commodities magazine and a fan of NeuroShell Trader, you have to check out the November 2007 issue. The polls are now open for the 2008 Readers’ Choice Awards and once again we are asking for your vote. We were also extremely pleased to read the review of NeuroShell Trader 5 by Dennis Peterson.

We believe these two events are highly correlated. The NeuroShell Trader has earned the BEST Artificial Intelligence Software five years in a row thanks to your vote. That rating in turn makes TASC willing to review our software. Prospective buyers use these ratings and the review to make their decisions. When they purchase NeuroShell Trader because of your vote, that new revenue means FREE tech support for you and updated software. So please vote now.

Here is how to Vote. Get your copy of Stocks & Commodities magazine and visit www.Traders.com. Look in the upper left portion of the web site for the 2008 Readers’ Choice Awards and click on the Vote Now! link.

On the page that is displayed enter your subscriber ID from your magazine address label (look at their example to see which numbers on the label are the subscriber ID). After you are logged in, look for the Artificial Intelligence Software (Expert, Neural) category on page 3. Be sure to mark you ballot for NeuroShell Trader Professional (Ward Systems Group Inc.).

Also on page 3 look for the Standalone Analytical Software, in the $1000 and more category. Look for NeuroShell Trader Professional (Ward Systems Group, Inc.) and vote.

Vote carefully. Once you’ve voted in a category and then return to that page, you’re not allowed to change your vote.

You have until December 31, 2007 to vote, but do it now so you don’t forget. You can also win a prize. Contest rules state that 10 random voters will win “The Professional Traders’ Starter Kit”, a $495 value. Voting results will appear in the Bonus Issue, which is announced in the February 2008 Bonus Issue.

If you have any trouble voting, our technical support department will even help you with that!

NeuroShell Trader Review. As for Dennis Peterson’s review, we think he says it best: “If you are looking for a competitive edge, this technology is a must.” We invite you to read the entire review beginning on page 70 of the November issue.

II. NeuroShell Predictor for hydrologic modeling

Dr. Ward Huffman has successfully used the NeuroShell Predictor for hydrologic models, including the forecasting of flood events. Steve Ward recently received the following email from Dr. Huffman:

“Over four years ago I talked to you about the feasibility of using a Ward Systems Neural Network for my dissertation. You assured me that the NeuroShell Predictor would do the job. Well you were right. The performance of the NeuroShell Predictor far exceeded my expectations and those of my committee chair and committee members. I believe that one of them is now using a Ward Systems product in his own research.

To summarize: My dissertation is done, my doctorate degree is on the wall, I have written three articles on the research that have all been published. The fourth article will be presented to and published by the Intelligent Systems Design and Applications Conference in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on October 24, 2007.

Ward S. Huffman”

III. Florida Seminar set for April

Where can you enhance your NeuroShell Trader skills and enjoy the ocean in Florida at the same time? Set aside April 1 – April 3, 2008, to attend the NeuroShell Trader Advanced Seminar. We’ve arranged for rooms overlooking the ocean for only $159/night (plus tax). Formal training sessions run from 9 am to 3:30 pm with a break for lunch (on us). Optional workshops continue from 3:30 to 5:00 pm to allow ideas and strategies to be freely exchanged and discussed.

Here is a comment from an attendee of our Tucson Seminar:

“I think this was the most valuable seminar I have ever attended. Your attention to our needs and interests, the high professional quality of the attendees, and the mix of experiences and approaches made every moment quite cogent. I’m sure that if I return to this seminar a year from now, I will have a fresh set of questions and re-attending will be as profitable as the first time as I mature my understanding and use your products.

Burt Pierce”

IV. Commentary by Steve Ward, CEO

1. Stock and Commodities Magazine. I hope you have appreciated all the free assistance we have provided to you all year long. You can help us keep it coming by voting for NeuroShell if you are a subscriber of the magazine. We need you to vote for us. The reason this vote is so important is that prospective buyers use the results of the voting to make their buying decisions. That buying is what keeps us around to support you. (Remember, your purchase a long time ago doesn’t pay our salaries forever!)

2. Florida Seminar. We had a pretty healthy response last month when we asked who might be interested in an April seminar, so we are going to do it again. Apparently, we have not yet exhausted the supply of users who want to improve their skills. As before we are going to be limiting the number of attendees, so make your decision soon. Deciding earlier also gets you cheaper airline tickets. Marge and I always fly through Atlanta into the pleasant little Melbourne airport, but you can probably get a direct flight to Orlando if you are willing to drive to Melbourne. Stay a couple of extra days and enjoy the beach and sun – the hotel will honor the reduced room rate for three days before and three days after the event.
