When formatting trading strategies:
- Use the Display numeric trade size annotations option to turn on or off the display of the number of shares/contracts/units to buy or sell for a trading strategy. When the option is checked, the numeric trade size is displayed above or below the trading strategies buy/sell signal annotations (blue or red triangles) on the chart when zoomed in on the trading strategy. This is especially useful for trading strategieds that utilize complex Position Sizing or Pyramiding/Scaling and the number of shares may fluctuate from trade to trade. Note that once the chart is zoomed out, such that a large number of trades are annotated for the trading strategy, the trade size annotation will not be displayed.
When you are satisfied with the Format Data Series settings, select the OK button.
