I. NeuroShell has won again!
It is a rare honor to win the Technical Analysis of Stocks and Commodities annual award for Artificial Intelligence software once, much less 10 years in a row as NeuroShell has now done, thanks to our very loyal customer base.

II. ChaosHunter Formula Converter for TradeStation
The converter translates a formula stored in a ChaosHunter (CH) model file into a snippet of TradeStation EasyLanguage (TS EL) code. The utility of the converter stems from the fact that in many cases CH formulas are not directly transferrable into TS EL. They may require editing after the formula is pasted into the TS EL editor, with which some people have trouble. The converter is programmed to properly translate all ChaosHunter formula’s operators (including conditional and Boolean operators), technical indicators, input and output scaling, chaos input, as well as trading signals.
The interface is quite simple and self-explanatory: you browse to a CH model file and open it up. The program automatically displays the original CH formula on top and the converted TS EL code on the bottom. You click the Copy To Clipboard button to copy the code snippet into the clipboard, then switch to TS EL editor and paste it there.
There are some options, and you must first import the “TradeStation Math And Neural Function.ELD” file in TS EL before converting your formulas/strategies.
The converter is a free download for ChaosHunter 2.3 owners, and will be available soon on the ChaosHunter section of Ward.net.

III. Commentary by Steve Ward, CEO
1. Your vote counted. NeuroShell started out as a really niche Artificial Intelligence (AI) product which is now competing directly with trading software of all types and sizes. So I doubt there is a huge contingent of AI enthusiasts voting in this contest every year, compared to all the other traders. In fact, it is rare these days to be able to discuss our AI capabilities with prospects who call, because most of them are interested in some trading technique they have recently read about. Therefore if you voted for NeuroShell in the contest, you made a BIG difference whether you covet our AI features or not. We are all very grateful here for every vote we received. The sales that come in as a winner will enable us to do:
2. NeuroShell efficiency improvements. We have already programmed and started testing a few ways of making NeuroShell more efficient. The first focus is being able to load larger amounts of small bars (e.g., tick bars) without running out of memory. This may take a while. Meanwhile, our other ChaosHunter programmers have produced:
3. A major new ChaosHunter converter to Easy Language for TradeStation. This is not to be confused with the ChaosHunter Trader we announced last month, which trades only with Interactive Brokers. This converter means it is easier than ever to build models with TradeStation data, and then embed those models in TradeStation for trading. It is discussed in article II above.
