To change the appearance of data on your chart, you must first select the data with your mouse. You can move the mouse over the data or over the data label. Watch for the mouse pointer to change to a hand, and then depress the left mouse button. Select format selected indicator. You can rename the data series, as well as change the color and graph style. Click on the Multi-Colored tab for additional options to change colors for upper and lower ranges or based on increasing and decreasing values.
